Commitments (6–12 Months with Full-Time Hiring Intent)
As a participating placement partner, your organization agrees to the following commitments throughout the 6–12 month engagement period, with the intent to offer full-time employment upon program completion:
Structured Commitment Period (6–12 Months)
Support the learner through the full duration of the program, including training and on-the-job project work, with a clear intention to convert them to full-time employment.
Investment in Development
Provide necessary resources such as mentorship, access to tools, and practical projects to nurture the learner’s technical and professional growth.
Skills-Based Career Progression
Offer a structured learning and development pathway that supports long-term career progression within your organization.
Employment Readiness and Alignment
Ensure job roles offered align with the program’s objectives and are designed to transition into full-time positions, pending performance and fit.
Job Description Submission
Provide a well-defined job description using the Trainocate template to enable accurate matching of candidates.
Active Participation in the Matching Process
Review shortlisted learner profiles, conduct interviews, and select candidates who align with your organizational needs.
Support During Training & Projects
Facilitate learner participation in both structured training sessions and company-assigned project work during the commitment period.
Regular Engagement and Check-ins
Participate in Trainocate-led check-ins at three key points to ensure alignment, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
Employment Finalization
Make a decision on offering continued full-time employment at least 1.5 months before program completion.
