Training Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Training Project Manager to join our team and assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training projects. The Training Project Manager will work closely with Sales, Operation team, Trainers, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of training programs. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, communicating with project stakeholders and participants, maintaining training materials, and tracking project progress. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events.

• Coordinate logistics for both physical and online trainings/events/workshops.

• Communicate with trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of training and project timelines.

• Track project progress, update project documentation, and report on key milestones.

• Provide administrative support as needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

• Assist in the evaluation of training programs and provide feedback for improvement to the related parties.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 25-35 Years old

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, project management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management, project coordination or administration, preferably in a training or education environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good in spoken and written English

• Proficiency in Workplace applications include M365, Workspace, and Canva.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing project requirements.

AI Trainer (Full-time/Part-time)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

       We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Training Trainer to join Trainocate Thailand team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating learning for enterprise clients by creating and utilizing Generative AI curriculum. This role involves developing custom training plans, planning, preparing, and executing AI strategies through seminars, workshops, podcasts, and private class training sessions.

       The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, excellent communication skills in Thai (also English will be a big advantage), and a passion for teaching and empowering others.

RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDED

• Curriculum Development: Create and adapt comprehensive Generative AI curricula tailored to the needs of various enterprise clients.
• Seminars, Workshops, and Podcasts: Plan, prepare, and conduct engaging and informative seminars, workshops, and customized training on Generative AI topics. Also to ensure a productive lab and class environment.
• Training Materials: Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including training material and online resources.
• Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Generative AI and related technologies to ensure training content remains cutting-edge and relevant.
• Collaborate: Work with other trainers in Trainocate group and partners to ensure delivery of consistent, quality learning outcomes.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, specifically in Generative AI or similar technologies.
• Ability to work independently, remain flexible in a fast-paced environment, and handle customer issues in a timely manner 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences in Thai (English is a plus).
• Strong understanding of AI principles, machine learning algorithms, and generative models (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs).
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, specifically in Generative AI or similar technologies.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Holding the industrial standard certificates.
• Holding active trainer certificates includes AWS AAI, Microsoft MCT, and GCP Certified Trainer is a plus.
• Holding relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or related fields.

Business Development Manager – IT Training

Desired Skills and Experience:

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Being a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and any Cloud active certified instructor are preferred.

• Working and training knowledge in any of Azure, Cloud Technology, Data Engineering Technology, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.

• Industry certifications in the relevant area of expertise are preferred. For example: AWS Certification, GCP Certification, Azure Certifications, Alibaba Cloud Certifications, etc.

• Excellent knowledge, including implementation and deployment experience in the respective product areas, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English with the ability to explain concepts in a simple manner
