Toru Asai has extensive knowledge and high level of expertise in the fields of accounting and finance through his work experience at major domestic listed companies in finance, real estate, and security services industries. He was appointed as a director of Trainocate Holdings in July 2022, and he is in charge of year-end and quarterly closing of financial statements, audit and taxation, mid-term business plan and budget control, financing and bank relations, M&A, and overall financial control of Trainocate group.
