Purchase Orders and Checks

Organizations can use written authorizations (purchase order) with service delivery terms, pricing and conditions to buy any of the training available. Once we issue an invoice, payment can be made via bank transfer or FPX.

Training Vouchers and Credits

Redeem your class hours or credits pre-purchased through one of our vendors (Cisco, Microsoft, NetApp, Nutanix, Red Hat, etc).

Payment Terms and Conditions

  • Individual payment, company payment or approved company purchase order is required prior to registration. We also accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. For credit card users, charges will be in the currency of the country where the class takes place and will be converted by your credit card company. Trainocate is not responsible for fluctuations due to exchange rates.
  • Full payment must be made in advance at the time of course registration from companies or individual learners. Registration terms & conditions are subject to change without notice.
  • Applicable taxes will be applied to your invoice.
  • Trainocate reserves the right to change pricing, registration terms and conditions, to make changes to any of our products or programs described on this website, or to change a course location or cancel a course at any time without notice or liability.
  • Trainocate’s sole liability will be limited to the refunding of any fees paid in respect of the course, and Trainocate shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss arising whatsoever.
  • Trainocate will endeavor to give learners as much advance notice as possible of any change to their enrollment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any terms or conditions specified on or referenced within an ordering document shall have no force or effect, and in no event shall Trainocate’s performance of services or provision of products constitute acceptance of any such terms or conditions.

Method of Payment

We accept payments online in INR . With effect from 1 January 2023, all tax invoice shall be issued with in-country GST.

Cancellation by Customer

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
    14 calendar days or more prior to course/program commencement:
    No charges will be applicable (100% refund for advance payments).
    Less than 14 calendar days prior:
    50% of the course fee will be charged as cancellation fee.
    No-show cases:
    100% of the course fee will be applicable.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed as per the above cancellation terms.
    Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
    Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

General Terms

  • Trainocate reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any training program.
    In such cases, customers will be offered:
    Full refund, or Option to reschedule.
