Terms and conditions

Room Reservation General Requirements

We require at least a valid Purchase Order (PO) to put a temporary hold on the room rental. We then would need a wire transfer payment upon receiving the PO to secure & complete the reservation process.

Payment
Our default payment method is wire transfer.

Room Rental Cancellation Policy

Singapore:

Any room cancellation needs to be done 3 weeks (21 days) prior to room rental commencement date. For cancellations within 3 weeks of room rental, the Purchaser would be responsible for 100% of the room rental fee.

Thailand:

Any cancellation needs to be done 2 weeks (14 calendar days) prior to commencement date. Cancellations less than 2 weeks of the rental start date, the Purchaser would be responsible for 100% of the room rental fee.

India - Bangalore:

Any room cancellation needs to be done 3 weeks (21 days) prior to room rental commencement date. For cancellations within 3 weeks of room rental, the Purchaser would be responsible for 100% of the room rental fee.

India - Chennai:

Any room cancellation needs to be done 3 weeks (21 days) prior to room rental commencement date. For cancellations within 3 weeks of room rental, the Purchaser would be responsible for 100% of the room rental fee.
