Refund / Cancellation Policy

• TRAINOCATE (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Individual/Company Participant will be notified through email, at least three (3) working days in advance. For emergency cases, less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be given instead.
• Cancellation and postponement requests must be sent by email, otherwise they will NOT be accepted and payment in full must be made.
• Written notice of withdrawal 14 calendar days before course/program commencement is required to be entitled to a full refund of course fee.
• Written notice of withdrawal to the Registrar less than 14 calendar days before course/program commencement will incur a 50% penalty charge.
• Written notice of postponement/rescheduling to the Registrar needs to be made 14 days before course commencement, so as to be eligible to join the next upcoming class. Subsequent change is not allowed. 100% of the course fee will be charged.
• Cancellation and request for change of course date within 7 days’ notice will not be entertained. 100% of the course fee will be charged.
• “No Show” is not acceptable. 100% of the course fee will be charged. Substitute delegate(s) will be accepted.
• Overseas enrolment must clear payment before course commencement. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full Payment of Course Fee 21 days before course commencement for Overseas Clients.
• Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full Payment of Course Fee 18 days before course commencement for Local Clients.
• Payment does not include VAT, W/T or any other government charges (if any). All fees payable are subject to SST. SST Registration Number: B16-1902-32000157.
• Any registration that has been confirmed with exam, please note that the exam fee is based on Vendor pricing. If the Vendor changes its pricing, Trainocate (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the exam pricing.
• In the event that any term or condition is ambiguous in the opinion of the Company, the Registrar’s interpretation prevails.
