Women in Tech – An Initiative by Trainocate SEANM to Improve Gender Diversity in Technology  

Trainocate South East Asia New Markets has been thoughtful about providing women with globally certified learning programs that help position themselves uniquely. A new initiative by Trainocate SEANM to empower women in Data, AI & Power Apps opened its doors during the last quarter of 2021. 'Women in Tech' aims to inspire and support talented women to consider a future in the field of technology across Sri Lanka and Southeast Asia. We also aim to provide connections, resources, and opportunities within a supportive environment of women committed to helping each other from the world of technology to those already in the industry, to stay within the field.   

Trainocate SEANM conducted 20 'Women in Tech' sessions which comprised 1200+ participants during the latter part of 2021. It is clear that women are keen on grooming themselves with tech-related learning. In the ever-changing world we live in, the skills and knowledge you possess will define you and make you stand out from the rest. But the value addition you get with a certified learning program will provide you with exceptional benefits in future career prospects.
