Certification is an option.  The exam is available online from EPI.  It is a 45-minute exam, with 25 multiple-choice questions.  The passing rate is minimum of 15 correct answers.  Students will receive an EPI Certificate of Achievement upon passing the exam. 
Attendees don’t need any design or development experience - just a willingness to look critically at current situations, to be able to imagine what could be better, and to have the drive to make it happen. We recommend a mix of diverse roles attend - from senior management through to those on the front lines day-to-day.
