As part of the Collaboration project implementation for end-customer. To show and train end-customer on the daily functionality of Cisco 8831 and 7841 IP Phone

Objectives

 To train end customers on Cisco IP Phone usage 
  • Understanding the feature of the 7841 phone
  • Understanding the component of the 8831 phone (DCU, Sound Base, Extension Mic)
  • Understanding the feature of the 8821 phone (turn on/off phone, locking keypad, Bluetooth headset)
  • Making Call – Login in to Mobility Extension, calling using handset, speakerphone, Redial, Speed Dial.
  • Answering Call – answering call with handset, speakerphone, call waiting, Decline Call, Turn on DND,, Call pickup, call parking, Hunt Group
  • Recent Call list – viewing recent call, call back,
  • Voicemail – setting up voicemail prompt, listening and managing voicemail
  • Setting – adjusting setting like ring tone, contrast etc
  • Connecting and using CUCM Self Care Portal
